There are lots of ways to help make the auction a success for Gatewood. Getting items to sell and planning the party are the biggies. These teams have a lead but need a great team to spread out the work. We are planning now so join a team today!
Procurement - solicit auction goods and services donations from businesses and community
Producer - help plan the themed auction and related decorations, seating and food
Or, help in one of these areas:
Publicity - publicize the auction to the school and community
Dessert Auction - coordinate a table of desserts from bakeries and Gatewood families
Graphics/Design - help with layout and design of printed materials
